Our client, a leading Civils & Utilities organisation, is currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of upcoming water and utilities projects across the Greater Dublin area. This role will be based from their head office with regular site visits, offering excellent exposure to large-scale infrastructure works. The successful candidate will assist senior project managers in coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The preferred candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in civil engineering or utilities and a desire to grow into a senior project leadership role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a project coordination or junior project management role.
  • Exposure to utilities or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of water and utilities infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.
  • Help manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and drawings.
  • Attend site meetings and contribute to project coordination efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to support project delivery.
  • Track project costs and assist with budget management.
  • Identify and escalate project risks or issues to senior management.
