Description

WHO WE ARE

Tomorrow is a multi-service business accelerator for fashion brands. The Group helps brands to develop and achieve sustainable growth through a fully integrated service offering that includes investment, sales and distribution, consultancy and production. Tomorrow is led by CEO Stefano Martinetto and Chief Revenue Officer Giancarlo Simiri, which they acquired in 2011, with a vision to champion and foster entrepreneurial creativity within the fashion industry. The Group now has a carefully curated portfolio of emerging and established talent, across premium and contemporary menswear, womenswear and accessories, each working with one or more of Tomorrow’s integrated services. Tomorrows headquarter is in London with offices and showrooms in London, Milan, Paris, New York and Hong Kong. It currently employs 200+ people across three continents.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our IT team. This role is a unique blend of project management and technical collaboration, bridging the gap between system development, CRM optimization, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will support the development of our internal business portal, which integrates supply chain management, ERP, CRM, and middleware systems like Celigo. In the future, this portal will expand to include a custom Digital Showroom and an inter-platform PIM/DAM solution to optimize asset storage across systems. This role requires a structured, logical approach to problem-solving, as we frequently interact with systems we don’t fully know. The ability to analyze, make educated guesses, and derive conclusions without deep system knowledge is essential. Additionally, candidates should have a strong foundation in Excel, as many claim proficiency but lack real expertise. This will be tested during the interview. Familiarity with coding (Python for analytics, JavaScript for CRM & NetSuite, or general scripting) is a plus, as technical understanding significantly improves troubleshooting and automation capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to transformative projects in a fast-paced environment.
