The Junior Project Manager – Transformation supports the Project Manager by coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. This is a hands-on coordination role that combines administrative support with direct contribution to project planning, reporting, and governance activities. Job Description Meeting Coordination Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees. Prepare agendas, gather relevant materials, and ensure timely distribution to all participants. Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and follow up to ensure completion. Project Support Assist project managers in tracking progress, updating project plans, and maintaining high-quality documentation. Contribute to the preparation of status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations. Support project governance activities and help maintain alignment across all workstreams. Communication & Collaboration Serve as a key liaison between project managers, business experts, and implementation partners for coordination and administrative tasks. Ensure timely communication of updates, deadlines, and reminders to all stakeholders. Administrative Tasks Maintain the project documentation repository and ensure consistent version control. Coordinate logistical arrangements for workshops, testing sessions, and other project-related activities.
