Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Junior / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Manchester. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company requirements and standards whilst facilitating our Project Management team’s delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Using data to fine-tune & improve existing Project Management functions & delivery
  • Coordinate with senior staff members to invoice and budget effectively
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met through regular meetings and written reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Assist in the pursuit of new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Proactively develop existing skills to progress throughout the organization

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in a consultancy environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices
