The Opportunity
We are seeking an autonomous, meticulous and organized Project Manager to manage clients accounts and their projects with the trust authentication(TA) solution.

• The PM guarantees Worldline’s services to the client within the framework of project activities and in the execution of the contract (Run service).
• He must have an overall functional knowledge of the product and must rely on the Product Owners to deepen customer requests.
• He defends Worldline’s interests while ensuring a level of excellence in Worldline’s services to the customer.
• He must therefore have a perfect understanding of the contract: the service agreement, the financial elements, the reversibility conditions, the QAP, etc.
• He must supervise and control the quality of services provided by Worldline teams (product QoS, customer acceptance support, production, etc.).
• It is the first link in the managerial escalation process.
• Onboard projects with clients : new fonctionalities, propect, product configuration…until delivery
