On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Junior Project Support Analyst.

Junior Project Support Analyst - Job Description

  • The main function of the Junior Support Analyst is to provide administrative and ticketing support to the Digital Transformation & Strategy team, as well as coordination of activities, team/project calendar management, team engagement & event planning.
  • The Junior Project Support Analyst works closely with the leadership team & with the Director on a variety of tasks.
  • Coordinate team meetings and events
  • Coordinate and participate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Triage service tickets, reporting and follow-ups
  • Assist the Director on calendar and email management
  • Administrative tasks such as access requests, software/hardware purchases, employee onboarding and offboarding

Junior Project Support Analyst - Mandatory Skills

  • 2 years of experience of relevant experience working in high volume environment providing support and triaging tickets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with email and calendar management
  • Familiarity with coordinating team meetings and events
  • Experience participating in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes

Junior Project Support Analyst- Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a banking environment
  • Familiarity with administrative operations in a corporate setting
