Your tasks

• Support in the operational implementation of projects and measures in the area of ​​compliance checks, planogramming and conversion 
• Participation in the planning, coordination and follow-up of projects according to customer specifications. 
• Support in creating and maintaining schedules, project overviews and status lists 
• Coordination with internal interfaces, service providers and the project team on site 
• Support in ensuring timely and high-quality implementation 
• Preparation, review and follow-up of project documentation 
• Maintenance of data, reports and project-related evaluations 
• Support in monitoring project progress, open issues and implementation status 
• Participation in the identification of optimization potential in processes and procedures. 
• Support in day-to-day operations as well as with short-term project requirements 

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, studies or a comparable qualification 
• Initial practical experience through training, internships, working student positions or first professional experience is desirable. 
• Interest in project management, field operations, retail, POS, merchandising or operational service structures 
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working. 
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and high self-motivation 
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of operational implementation 
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor 
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written. 
• Willingness to be regularly present at the Bad Dürkheim location
