We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer (m/f/d) for our team in Berlin .
As a Junior Project Engineer (m/f/d) you will take on your first independent engineering work packages and actively participate in the technical planning and implementation of our industrial projects.
Your contribution will include:
- Participation in industrial projects across various project phases – from feasibility studies to commissioning.
- Support with project coordination.
- Taking over and independently processing defined engineering and project work packages under the guidance of experienced project managers.
- Participation in basic engineering, for example in the development of technical concepts, specifications and project documentation.
- Responsibility for scheduling, cost, quality and resource management.
- Preparation of regular project reports for management and clients.
- Close collaboration with our customers as well as project-related presence at the respective construction sites and production locations.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, e.g. process engineering, electrical engineering, energy engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in project management of industrial investment projects
- Experience in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical or similar process industry environment.
- Prior project management experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong customer focus.
- Fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and very good English skills.
- Driving licence class B and willingness to travel for project purposes.
