Responsibilities of the Junior Property Manager in Mayfair include:

• Managing a diverse property portfolio – Oversee day-to-day property management activities, ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and contractual obligations
• Private client support – Assist in managing private client property portfolios, collaborating with the Head of Department to maintain high standards, attention to detail, and discretion
• Tenancy management – Oversee repairs, maintenance, tenancy renewals, and rent collections
• Client relationships – Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Property records and financials – Maintain accurate property records, including financials, maintenance schedules, and compliance tracking
• Customer service excellence – Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all stakeholders have a first-class experience
• On-Site management – Conduct regular property inspections and supervise contractors across multiple properties
