The applicant will be able to demonstrate requisite skill in:

• reviewing and the preparation of contracts
• lease negotiation
• carriage of sale and purchase matters from start to finish
• draft and prepare property related contracts, agreements and deeds
• knowledge of PEXA, NSW Office of State Revenue, LRS forms and procedures is advantageous
• Leap software experience
• strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• motivated, readiness to learn and a team
• personable with a strong client service focus
