Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices (PO & non-PO) and post accurately in the accounting system Execute timely payments to vendors and employee reimbursements Handle vendor queries, reconciliations, and invoice discrepancies Support month-end closing and basic AP reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and local statutory requirements Coordinate with procurement and internal stakeholders on invoice issues Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase-to-Pay Basic knowledge of accounting principles Hands-on experience with Xero (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Good communication skills in English Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Why You’ll Love It Here · Be part of a global, purpose-driven team building one of the world’s most trusted hosting companies. · Is a fast moving, agile company. Responsibilities

The Junior Purchase-to-Pay Executive will process supplier invoices and execute timely payments to vendors. They will also handle vendor queries and support month-end closing and basic accounts payable reporting.
