ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Management Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. This role plays a critical part in supporting IT change control processes across all business units, including production, data management, websites, and product environments. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in IT change management, quality assurance, and security screening. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are essential for this cross-functional role. The Change Management Analyst will collaborate with technical and business teams to evaluate, document, validate, and implement change requests, ensuring they align with internal policies, security standards, and operational requirements. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a methodical approach to validation testing and documentation, and an understanding of automation and assurance controls within an enterprise IT environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinate and monitor IT change management activities across all business units, including production, website, and data management systems.
· Validate, document, and screen proposed IT and product changes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
· Collaborate with technical teams to perform validation testing and ensure readiness before deployment to production environments.
· Maintain change management documentation including checklists, approvals, and impact assessments.
· Track and acknowledge change requests, confirming approvals and sign-offs before production release.
· Ensure security vulnerabilities and operational risks are assessed during the change review process.
· Assist in automating routine change-related tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy of implementations.
· Partner with stakeholders to develop and enhance change assurance controls and quality assurance measures.
· Provide status reports, updates, and documentation for audit and governance purposes.
· Support communication of change impacts to relevant teams and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
