Description We are dynamic startup located in the heart of Tel Aviv, seeking a talented and skilled individual to fill the role of Manual QA Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meets the highest standards and provides an excellent customer experience Responsibilities Test current products and identify deficiencies Suggest solutions to identified product problems Investigate product quality to make improvements for better customer satisfaction Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement Oversee continuous improvement projects Collect quality data Identify key KPIs for product quality Requirements 1-2 Previous experience in a QA role - an must High level of English proficiency - speaking, writing, and reading Creative ability to identify problems and propose solutions Ability to work in a team and collaborate with a wide range of teams
