Role Overview We’re hiring a Voice QA & Automation Analyst — open to interns, fresh graduates, or earlycareer candidates who are excited to get their hands dirty with real AI systems. You’ll listen to AI to-guest calls, identify what’s working and what isn’t, and build automated pipelines that turn those findings into live KPIs. You don’t need industry experience — you need curiosity, coding ability, and a sharp eye for detail. This is a rare chance to do meaningful work on frontier voice AI from day one.

Responsibilities

The role involves analyzing AI-to-guest voice calls to identify performance gaps. The analyst will also build automated pipelines to convert these findings into live KPIs.
