Company Description About Us: Segula Technologies is a global engineering group in the Automotive, Aerospace, IT consultory and we're on the lookout for a talented Product Engineer to join our team. Job Description We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer who is eager to learn and contribute to one of the most exciting turnkey railway projects in Mexico, covering rolling stock, infrastructure, signalling, and systems integration. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a multicultural environment, work closely with international experts, and apply continuous improvement and quality methodologies (APSYS – Alstom Performance System) in real-life project operations. You will play a key role in ensuring project excellence, standardization, and performance enhancement across all scopes. Key Responsibilities: Support the APSYS Project Manager in deploying APSYS methodology across all project scopes: rolling stock, infrastructure, signalling, and systems. Document, standardize, and optimize processes in alignment with ISO 9001 and APSYS principles. Facilitate communication between departments and sites to foster knowledge sharing and a continuous improvement culture. Participate in Kaizen events and workshops to identify and implement performance improvements. Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality, performance, and APSYS implementation. Support digital transformation initiatives, integrating tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and other data-driven platforms. Assist in internal and external audits, including evidence preparation, analysis, and follow-up. Contribute to risk analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and project reporting. Ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables across all turnkey components. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Quality) or Business Administration. 0–2 years of experience in quality, performance, or project coordination roles (internships are valued). Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, or APSYS methodologies. Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, and ERP/MMS systems (e.g., GSI, Maximo). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional, and multicultural environments. Advanced proficiency in French (spoken and written). Advanced Spanish and intermediate English (technical reading and basic communication).
