Job Description Contact with business partners and assistance in solving current problems in the field of after-sales service (including complaint processing and preparation of documentation) Handling reports in accordance with applicable operational procedures, including contact with colleagues from company branches throughout Europe Preparing comparisons and analyses and recommending solutions within assigned projects Qualifications Secondary education or higher Customer service experience (telephone or email) Communicative knowledge of English (min.
