Requirements :

• Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor
• At least 1 years of relevant QS experience
• Experience in ELV/ M&E/ CCTV/ Security system will be added advantag

• Assist in systems costing and estimation, including quantity take-offs from tender drawings and technical specifications
• Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQs), tender submission documents, and any related technical proposals
• Support pre-contract cost management, pricing, and sourcing subcontractors.
• Track cost control, assist in variation order (VO) pricing, and support progress claims and final accounts.
• Collaborate with AV engineers, project managers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure accurate commercial documentation.
• Maintain tender documentation and support the tendering process, possibly including Singapore platforms like e‑GBiz
