Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably within the UAE, to contribute to the pre-contract stage of our projects, including quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years, UAE experience preferred.
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in Planswift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of pre-contract processes and cost estimation
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with local construction materials and methods.
• Knowledge of UAE construction laws and regulations.

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering purposes.
• Assist in cost estimation and budgeting during the pre-contract phase.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate assessments.
• Review and analyse contractor BOQs.
• Stay updated with industry standards and practices.
