Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Senior QS & Commercial Team, and project delivery across a range of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

• Assist with the preparation and management of project budgets and estimates
• Measure and value works in progress
• Support tendering and procurement processes
• Assist in contract administration and documentation
• Prepare progress reports and cost forecasts
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Support the senior QS team in day-to-day tasks
