Job Description Why This Role Matters We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented UAE National QS (Electrical) to join our Technical (MEP) team. This role provides a valuable opportunity to contribute to the preparation and evaluation of tenders for major construction projects across the UAE while developing a rewarding career in quantity surveying. By reviewing technical documentation, preparing quantity take-offs, and ensuring the accuracy of project quantities and tender information, the QS (Electrical) plays an important role in supporting accurate project costing, efficient planning, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibility Check & ensure the completeness of drawings required for the tender Handling/ maintenance of all tender documents and drawings and the associated revisions in accordance with the procedures in order and always maintain up to date Review all received documentation and ensures working on latest revision documents, proper understanding of drawings, scales, specifications BOQ and pricing preambles requirements In case of any discrepancies identified during revision of documentation, raise RFI through Estimator for further clarification and conduct regular follow ups as required. Perform quantity take off from drawings to ensure the Quantities in BOQ are correct as per drawings. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Manager /Estimator.
