Wincove Build, based in Dublin, is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a new-build healthcare project in Citywest. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career while working directly on a major development.
About the Role:
This site-based role will run for approximately two years and offers hands-on experience alongside senior members of our team. You will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor while also working closely with the Senior Construction Manager on-site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of site procurement.
  • Obtaining material quotations and managing purchase orders.
  • Overseeing commercial administration.
  • Monthly management and measurement of subcontractor accounts.
  • Assisting with subcontractor appointments.
  • Supporting in the preparation of monthly P&L reports for review by the Managing Director.

Who We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for someone with construction experience who is currently pursuing (or has recently returned to) a degree in Construction Economics or a similar field, with at least 50% of their course completed.

The ideal Candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Cubit (or Buildsoft).
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take direction and use own initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Full Driving Licence is desirable.
