Twice Bright Lighting is seeking a Junior Quotations Specialist to join our team in Delta. Twice Bright Lighting Is a lighting manufacturer and distributor for LED lighting products sold throughout Canada and the US. We have enjoyed over 15 successful years in the Commercial & Residential lighting markets.
As the Junior Quotations Specialist, you will quote new jobs and specifications that are out for tender, create accurate pricing quotes and bill of materials for project managers and sales representatives.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for providing quotations to project managers and sales representatives.
• Maintain a good understanding of our product offering.
• Responsible for pricing of job-related light fixtures and accessories.
• Attention to detail while reviewing specifications and building quotes accordingly.
• Work on multiple projects at one time.
• Work under pressure with deadlines.
• Create detailed bills of materials from plans, schedules and specifications.
• Review specified products and determine if we can provide or quote equivalent substitutes.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Must be good with numbers and detail.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Having prior quotations experience or experience in a similar industry will be helpful.
• Experience, specifically with LED lighting or electrical/electrician knowledge and ability to read architectural drawings is a plus but not required.

• Must be detail oriented. Requires strong organizational and time management skills and must be able to effectively multi-task.
• Must have the ability to work main independently, as well as be collaborative and able to work on a team.
• Must possess good analytical skills and have problem solving capability.
