The goal of the Junior R&D Engineer is pivotal in supporting product development activities, thereby establishing Radici as one of the most innovative brands in the market. This position also involves managing pilot line extrusion the position will reporting directly to R&D Engineer at Halol Plant. Responsibilities Conducting trials, sample preparation, and required development Complete NPD Projects as per agreed timeline Execute the assigned developmental experimental plan, check and issue RM in SAP required for trial and sample preparation Coordinate and run trials (on R&D pilot line) with the support of operator as assigned from time to time Injection moulding, lab testing, and provide results of trial runs within agreed timelines Ensuring due documentation like: Work order generation Extrusion process parameters QC Control Plan FG upload in SAP Work on key strategic internal projects based on R&D and Supply Chain input Perform assigned activities as per agreed timeline Deliver desired results Suggest improvements Execute planned FG/SFG production in pilot line as production support Produce small quantity FG and SFG production lots Ensure due documentation like: Work order generation Extrusion process parameters QC Control Plan FG upload in SAP Technical Requirements Polymer Material Knowledge Polymer compounding, extrusion and injection moulding Colour development Analytical approach Computer skills – MS Office Job Requirements Graduation in Science / Diploma in Polymer / CIPET Experience: Minimum 1–2 year Achievement orientation Communication Planning and execution Interface skills Location: Halol - Gujarat
