JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a commission-only role, offering excellent earning potential for candidates who are driven and target-oriented.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0–2 years of experience in real estate or sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of Dubai property market is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Promote property listings through networking, client meetings, and marketing channels
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with necessary information
• Generate and follow up on leads to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
