Description

As one of Ireland’s leading Retrofit One Stop Shop Service providers, Churchfield Home Services is seeking to recruit a professional, polite and customer orientated administrator to manage our sales inquiries.
The successful candidate must have at least one-year minimum experience in a customer focused service role preferably within an office environment. You must enjoy dealing with the general public and have exceptional communication skills.
You must be a team player with the ability to multitask and you strive to achieve high standards and be extremely detail orientated.
This is a full time permanent position that provides a great opportunity for someone seeking to learn and develop their skills in an exciting and expanding retrofit sector.
No previous experience is required as training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities will include,

  • Answering, screening and redirecting calls
  • Qualifying customer phone inquiries before assigning them to the relevant sales/surveying personnel.
  • Calling back online customer inquiries and qualifying them before assigning them to the relevant sales/surveying personnel.
  • Providing customers with quotations for Home Energy Assessments.
  • Following up on quotations issued to confirm and process payments.
  • Providing customers with updates on the status of their Home Energy Assessments
  • Other duties include greeting customers on arrival, processing post and deliveries.

Candidate Requirements includes,

  • IT proficient using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional, courteous and organised.
  • Goal driven with a positive attitude for dealing with customers.
  • Desire to progress within the customer care and/or sales industry.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role.
