Description We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our HR team! If you enjoy connecting with people, spotting talent, and building strong teams, this role is the perfect chance to grow your career. Key Responsibilities: Run the recruitment cycle: job posting, screening and interviewing. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, portals, internal channels). Source candidates along with HR Manager through: job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Support the onboarding process of new employees. Participate in HR projects and initiatives when needed.
