Job Description
Droisys is seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Recruiter / Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn, grow, and build a career in recruiting and client engagement within the fast-paced tech industry.
You will work closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and clients to support the end-to-end recruiting process while also helping to strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and online channels.
  • Review resumes and assist with candidate screenings, including initial phone calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Support client relations by assisting with updates, documentation, and communication.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Contribute to process improvements and new initiatives as you learn and grow with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, client support, call center, or a related field (internships included).
  • Interest in technology and enthusiasm for working with technical roles (IT, software, engineering, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the company.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS platforms is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
