Job Title: Junior Recruiter (Real Estate Brokerage) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts by conducting outbound phone calls to real estate agents and prospective agents, managing pre-screen conversations, and coordinating next steps in the recruiting process. This role is highly administrative and process-driven, with a focus on qualifying candidates, documenting interactions, and converting pre-screen calls into scheduled interviews. Who This Role Is Designed For This role is ideal for someone who is: Starting their professional career Interested in recruiting or inside sales Comfortable on the phone and willing to make consistent outreach calls Coachable and motivated by achieving measurable goals Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound phone calls to licensed agents and prospective agents Introduce the brokerage and communicate key value propositions Qualify interest and gather relevant information from potential recruits Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or introductions with senior recruiters or leadership Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the CRM or recruiting database Follow established call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations Manage call lists and follow-up cadence to ensure consistent outreach Collaborate with recruiting leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Expectations High Volume daily outbound calls Weekly interview scheduling CRM accuracy: 100% of calls and notes documented within 24 hours Follow-up completion: All assigned follow-ups completed on schedule Qualifications & Skills Strong phone communication and professional demeanor Comfortable following structured scripts and qualification criteria Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage high-volume activity while maintaining accuracy Reliable follow-through and time management skills Coachable and receptive to performance feedback Preferred Experience Experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, inside sales, or customer service Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or spreadsheet tracking systems Experience working toward activity-based or conversion-based goals Prior experience in sales or call-based roles is a plus Exposure to activity-based goals (work, school, internships, sports, etc.) Compensation & Work Requirements Compensation: Base pay of $15–$18 per hour, plus performance-based incentives Total compensation range: $46,200–$52,200 annually, with the opportunity to exceed this range based on performance Employment type: 1099 independent contractor Benefits: No benefits are offered for this position Equipment: Personal computer and reliable high-speed internet required Work schedule: Operates on Eastern Time; preference for candidates located in the Eastern time zone, or willing to work Eastern Time hours consistently
