About the Position: Orbis Clinical, part of Epic Staffing Group, is looking for a(n) Junior Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the initial stages of contact and engagement with candidates, leading to a warm handoff to a Recruiter. About the Us: Orbis Clinical focuses on placing top talent at companies devoted to the development of medicine and products that improve and save lives. What You'll Do: Own and manage a set of assigned job requisitions; sourcing candidates through handoff to a Recruiter. Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels. Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop, monitor and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for future/potential positions; keep updated and detailed record of contact information, skill sets, notes, and job search preferences in the applicant tracking system (ATS). What You Bring: QUALIFICATIONS: One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls. A college degree can substitute for experience. Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
