As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the full recruitment process from initial client briefings to post-interview feedback.
• Identifying and approaching new clients through strategic business development.
• Sourcing, qualifying, and presenting top-tier candidates.
• Building strong relationships within a specialist vertical market, becoming a go-to expert.
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and drive overall team success.
• Expanding g2’s presence across Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, while identifying new market opportunities.
