For our new offices in Kosovo, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (German-speaking). Job Description Independently manage the entire recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a quick and efficient candidate experience. Conduct interviews and identify the best talent for our team. Manage applicants and coordinate appointments between candidates and internal stakeholders. Serve as a strategic partner for our departments and provide professional support in recruiting. Monitor current recruiting trends and contribute ideas for further development of our hiring strategies. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of German (mandatory). Experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company. Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment. Structured working style and the ability to motivate and inspire people. Additional Information Regular employment contract based on Kosovo law Attractive salary package.
