Description Join Our Growing Talent Acquisition Team as a Junior Recruiter! PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting and eager to grow their career in talent acquisition within a supportive and fast-paced environment. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in the full-cycle recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing top talent, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. You'll be instrumental in helping us identify and attract the best candidates who align with our company’s culture and values. Key Responsibilities: · Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. · Screen resumes and conduct candidate screenings via phone. · Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). · Coordinate job postings on various platforms. · Support the recruitment team with hiring initiatives. · Assist in preparing recruitment materials, including job descriptions and offer letters. · Communicate with candidates regularly to keep them informed of their status throughout the hiring process. · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. · Help with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field (preferred). · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · High attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. · Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about recruitment processes.
