Role and Responsibilities

Objectives of this role

  • Learn from Talent Acquisition Partners and support them with all recruiting-related and administrative duties

Responsibilities

  • Work within the team to create effective and targeted candidate pipelines: posting jobs; preparing reports; screening CVs; communicating with candidates and setting up interviews; conducting initial phone screenings
  • Provides functional support for recruitment tools

Skills and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field

Skills and qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum 1 years of related experience
  • Previous experience working as a junior recruiter.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment software and database systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced English
  • Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task
