Description

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and retains top-tier talent. This role plays a strategic part in driving talent acquisition initiatives and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

COLLABORATION WITH HIRING MANAGERS

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role specifications.
  • Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and competency profiles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience also considered.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a full-cycle (360°) recruiter, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced organization.
  • UAE hiring experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools. Experience with Zoho Recruit is valued.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection methods.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws is an advantage—or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
