• Generate sales by maintaining daily communication with potential and current accounts, focusing on business development, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through networking, direct sourcing, referrals, database research, references, and job postings.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to understand their career goals and skill sets.
• Actively manage job orders by evaluating and matching the most qualified candidates.
• Present candidates to clients, oversee the interview process for both client and candidate, and conduct reference and background checks.
• Foster and maintain relationships to establish the company as the preferred recruitment partner and a leader in both customer and contractor satisfaction.
• Regularly update and maintain accurate client and candidate records within the ATS system, ensuring all notes and information are current.
