What will you be doing?

You’ll be trained to become an expert in your market – speaking to both candidates and clients every day, understanding business needs, and building meaningful relationships.

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Interviewing and assessing top candidates
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Learning to pitch and win new business
• Becoming a trusted market expert in your chosen niche

The Training Path (Year 1):

• Foundations (6 weeks): Learn the ropes – how to speak to candidates, build trust, and understand what motivates them.
• Market Specialist: You’ll choose a specialism and learn everything about the roles, industries, and companies you’ll work with.
• Business Development: Learn how to connect with clients, run meetings, and win new business.
• 360 Consultant: Combine everything you’ve learned to manage both sides of the recruitment process – with a promotion and celebration when you graduate!

• A recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred)
• Ambitious, curious, and highly motivated
