JUNIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Framingham Pigot, Norwich | From £26,000 p.a. + Bonus
Are you looking to build a career in recruitment within a supportive and friendly team?
Teach, a specialist education recruitment agency, is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office in Framingham Pigot.
This role is perfect for someone with experience or interest in account management, customer service, or sales who is confident on the telephone and thrives on building relationships.

Working hours:

  • Term time (38 weeks): Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
  • School holidays (14 weeks): Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and developing relationships with schools and education staff
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Handling bookings and enquiries efficiently over the phone and by email
  • Supporting senior consultants with recruitment processes
  • Working towards targets and contributing to team success

  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Background in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Positive, proactive, and driven personality
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
