About the Team You’ll join Talent’s top-performing NSW team, known for its collaboration, delivery excellence, and supportive culture. Led by Scarlett Cooke (Account Director), alongside Sophia Parrelli (Account Executive) and Angus Bick (Lead Candidate Manager), this team has worked together for over four years – supporting some of Australia’s largest enterprise clients across technology and corporate services. The Role You’ll work closely with the Account Director and team to: Source, screen, and manage candidates across technology and corporate services roles Write engaging job ads and build LinkedIn search projects Conduct interviews and present shortlists to clients Manage offers, onboarding, and ongoing contractor care Support administrative and client coordination tasks This is a hands-on, people-facing role - ideal for someone who’s proactive, organised, and thrives in a social, high-energy environment.
