Description

Lounge Group is seeking a professional, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Regional Manager to support and oversee high-volume restaurant and bar operations across assigned portfolio of venues. The ideal candidate will bring nightlife experience, operational expertise, and leadership ability and skills, working closely with General Managers and their teams to ensure consistent execution of company policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Availability on weekends, holidays, and after-hours is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5+ years of high-volume restaurant or bar management experience, with prior multi-unit support or assistant/regional leadership strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to support, coach, lead, and hold managers and teams accountable.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with restaurant operational systems such as Toast and Restaurant365 (or similar platforms), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience handling financial tasks including expense reconciliation, vendor invoice management, and reporting.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours response.

Responsibilities

Primary duties and responsibilities include, though are not limited to:

  • Actively support operations on the floor, assisting Managers in upholding company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with General Managers to direct, promote, and coordinate operations across assigned entities, clearly communicating goals and performance expectations with HR guidance.
  • Support managers in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations, including guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Respond to emergency or after-hours calls to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Support the use of operational systems (Toast, Restaurant365, and other tools), track ongoing projects, and ensure efficiency across entities.
  • Assist with all accounting-related functions, including reviewing and approving vendor payments, reconciling expenses, tracking invoices, managing sales and payables bookkeeping, and resolving credit card discrepancies or non-matching batches.
  • Monitor compliance with licensing, permits, and all state and local regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain organizational reports, keeping ownership informed of key activities and business updates.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the success of the organization.
