Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Jr. Regional Sales Manager, you will become the face of the company throughout your assigned market. You will be responsible for strengthening existing relationships, generating leads, and building rapport with new clients. You will provide exceptional customer service and support, while creating and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote the company’s product lines to both new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric, ambitious, detail-oriented professional who enjoys travelling for work, developing and maintaining relationships, and being part of a successful team. This role requires someone who is self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, works well under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, and has the desire and willingness to learn while sharing our passion for growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the territory.
  • Understand current market conditions, competitors’ positions, products, and pricing; develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and market share.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Serve as a product expert and become a trusted partner to customers, offering solutions for their specific applications.
  • Identify new product/enhancement or market segment opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and insights on competitiveness in terms of price, product, service, and quality.
  • Serve as a team leader to inside sales counterparts and project managers, ensuring critical information and expectations are communicated to meet customer timelines.
  • Provide onsite support within the assigned territory, including site surveys as required.
  • Follow up, nurture, negotiate, and close business in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual territory forecasting.
  • Travel 50% or more within the assigned territory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
