Responsibilities
  • Thanks to you, our lending regulatory processes and tasks are crystal clear: You successfully manage projects and optimisations in line with business needs, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, analyse complex processes and management information and carefully document each step.
  • You handle enquiries from Internal Audit, Key Control Testing teams and external auditors, ensuring smooth coordination and reliable support for internal and external audits of our business unit.
  • Naturally, you work closely with internal stakeholders, communicate management information effectively, ensure data quality and prepare insightful reports and portfolio analyses for stakeholders and regulators.
  • Additionally, you keep a close eye on non-financial risks within the lending portfolio, contribute to Management Identified Actions (MIAs), tackle weak spots and drive change processes.
  • And of course, we can also count on you when it comes to sourcing: You prudently manage intra-group sourcing, ensure compliance via the relevant controls and processes and – as asset / sourcing owner – answer all open questions expertly.
