The company is rapidly expanding across Europe and brings together an international team of professionals in investments, client relations, and financial technologies. As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to work with European markets. We are seeking motivated, communicative, and ambitious individuals who are eager to build a career in the international financial industry. Responsibilities Work with the existing client base; Reactivate and engage clients while developing long-term client relationships; Communicate with clients via phone calls and messaging platforms; Handle a high volume of outbound calls; Consult clients on the company’s products and services; Maintain a high level of customer service; Update and maintain client information in the CRM system. Recent university graduates or final-year students; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent English and Greek language skills; Additional European languages will be considered an advantage, including: French, German, Spanish, Polish, and others; Degree in Economics, Finance, Philology, or a related field, or currently in the final stage of obtaining a diploma; Previous experience in sales, call centers, banking, insurance, financial services, or other client-facing roles will be considered a plus; Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively communicate with a large number of clients; Results-driven mindset and willingness to grow within an international company.
