REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure SQL, Teams, and Office 365.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Located in the Greater Toronto Area.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working directly with executives or senior leadership.
• Ability to interpret vague or informal requirements and translate them into clear deliverables.
• Previous co-op or internship experience in a data or reporting role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Power BI Developer for a short-term, intensive engagement. This role is ideal for a co-op student or early-career professional with hands-on experience in Power BI and Microsoft technologies. You will work directly with the CEO to support a variety of reporting needs, including building new dashboards and enhancing existing ones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with the CEO to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Work with data stored in Microsoft Azure SQL databases.
• Communicate effectively to clarify informal and evolving requirements.
• Use Microsoft Teams and Office 365 tools for collaboration and documentation.
• Ensure high attention to detail and data accuracy in all deliverables.
