Description
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (iii) good analytical and interpersonal skills; (iv) proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; (v) attentiveness to details; (vi) self-motivation; and (vii) the ability to work independently. The appointee will be responsible for (a) monitoring computer server activities; (b) handling telephone enquiries; (c) preparing testing materials, updating participant list and arranging deliveries for External Quality Assurance Program (EQAP) materials; (d) handling EQAP results and dispatching participant reports; (e) assisting in new analyzer evaluation, e.g. data entry; (f) assisting in receiving goods and managing inventory; (g) filing documents, e.g. worksheets, records, service logs; (h) performing manual handling work; and (i) performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor(s). He/She will work at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin. Applicants must submit copies of academic certificates showing that they have fulfilled the academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications will NOT be considered. Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
