Description
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, or equivalent; (ii) basic knowledge in atmospheric science; (iii) proficiency in programming skills (e.g., Python); (iv) familiarity with a graphic software, such as Photoshop or other design software; (v) self-motivation, good interpersonal and communication skills; (vi) the ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility; and (vii) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting course instructors in course preparation and administration; (b) conducting tutorials and leading in-class discussions; (c) supporting laboratory experiments and other academic activities; (d) performing grade assignments and tests; (e) invigilating examinations; (f) providing consultative support to students outside class; (g) managing the online course materials on Blackboard; and (h) performing any other duties as assigned. Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for ten months commencing February 2026, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement. Responsibilities
