Job Description As a Junior Research Ops Coordinator, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our research function. You will manage the end-to-end coordination, logistics, compliance, and operational activities. These activities allow our Lead Researchers to focus on delivering high-quality insights across Gaming, Sportsbook, and Player Experience. Work Requirements We are looking for close collaboration with UK-based teams and partners daily. You must be available to work within UK business hours to support research operations and partner engagement. We may require flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings outside standard local working hours to support our needs. Qualifications Participant recruitment and scheduling: manage end-to-end recruitment across all three pillars: briefing recruitment vendors, screening participants, coordinating availability, and confirming sessions with both participants and your team Consent and compliance documentation: draft, circulate, and track consent forms, NDAs, and any other governance documentation required ahead of fieldwork; maintain an audit-ready record of sign-offs Incentive management: track and administer participant incentives across studies, collaborating with vendors and finance to ensure and accurate fulfilment Session logistics: oversee the operational setup for research sessions: tool configuration, recording permissions, observer links, and note-capture coordination Repository and filing standards: maintain research repositories across pillars to standards; ensure studies, recordings, and outputs are correctly filed, tagged, and accessible Vendor liaison: manage daily relationships with recruitment and research tooling vendors; track Service level agreements, raise issues, and support contract or PO administration. Template and form management: lead the library of operational research documents (screeners, consent templates, briefing forms, NDA variants) and keep them current with legal and compliance requirements Fieldwork support: provide in-session support: note-taking, live tagging, and observer coordination; run straightforward usability tests independently Cross-pillar coordination: act as the connective tissue between three Lead Researchers, flagging scheduling conflicts, and process inconsistencies across pillars Additional Information At Entain India, we offer a package, and the support people need to make an impact.
