POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a tech-savvy, creative, and driven Junior Marketing Manager to support and elevate our brand presence across digital and in-store channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in health and wellness, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to marketing execution.
The Junior Marketing Manager will assist with content creation, social media, email marketing, event promotion, in-store signage, and support analytics and reporting under the guidance of senior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, health, or wellness
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement
Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Draft engaging email newsletters and product highlights using marketing platforms, drafting and scheduling templates (Active Campaign)
  • Creating emails at Ad Hoc basis.
  • Coordinate photography and video content for campaigns, events, and promotions
  • Update website content, blogs, and online product listings as needed

Retail & In-Store Marketing

  • Design promotional signage, flyers, and merchandising materials for in-store campaigns
  • Collaborate with store teams to support product launches, workshops, and seasonal events
  • Support loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives
  • Website merchandising – identifying issues in terms of website layout, missing images, etc.

Analytics & administration

  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness (social, email, in-store foot traffic, etc.)
  • Maintain marketing calendars and promotional timelines
  • Support vendor marketing partnerships and brand compliance
