WHAT YOU WOULD GET TO DO

The Junior Roadshow Coordinator is responsible for helping to organise logistics, prepare schedules for Corporate Access management teams and consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent organisational and customer service skills.

  • 1-2+ years of professional experience in Roadshows, events, administrative work, marketing and/or communications
  • Highly organised – ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines, with the ability to balance high-priority pop-up requests

  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of senior ranking officers
