Job Description Given the dynamic development of the business process automation area and the establishment of an RPA Center of Excellence, we are looking for a person who will combine analytical skills with developer experience in one comprehensive profile. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both process analysis and optimization, as well as for designing, developing, and maintaining robots using UiPath technology. You will work in an interdisciplinary team, co-creating best practices and supporting our projects in both domestic and international markets. What tasks await you in this position? Analytics and Coordination: Preparing complete RPA project documentation (Process Design Document, AS IS and TO BE process maps). Analyzing business processes for optimization (Lean) and identifying the best candidates for automation. Coordinating communication between all individuals involved in RPA projects – both internal IT teams and Business representatives. Building business cases and preparing test cases for implemented bots. Managing changes in existing projects and maintained robots. Coordinating RPA projects and managing the lifecycle of implementations. Reporting work results, creating dashboards. Robot Development and Maintenance: Programming robots using the UiPath platform, creating independent, fully testable components. Maintaining and modifying existing solutions – implementing fixes and improvements according to user requirements. Participating in building and developing the RPA Center of Excellence, daily applying good development practices, and co-creating new standards. Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in building robots using UiPath technology. Very good knowledge of issues related to business process automation and robotization. Knowledge of technologies supporting process automation in SAP S/4HANA will be an additional asset. Knowledge of the Python language or programming experience in this language will be welcome. Perfect work organization, attention to detail, and ability for logical, precise thinking. High communication skills – assertiveness in discussions with both the Business team and IT.
