Job Description Given the dynamic development of the business process automation area and the establishment of an RPA Center of Excellence, we are looking for a person who will combine analytical skills with developer experience in one comprehensive profile. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both process analysis and optimization, as well as for designing, developing, and maintaining robots using UiPath technology. You will work in an interdisciplinary team, co-creating best practices and supporting our projects in both domestic and international markets. What tasks await you in this position? Robot Development and Maintenance: Programming robots using the UiPath platform, creating independent, fully testable components. Programming reliable and scalable robots in UiPath technology in accordance with the project documentation (PDD) and best practices. Creating reusable components and libraries to accelerate future implementations and standardize work. Integrating robots with various systems and applications, such as SAP, ERP/CRM systems, web applications, SQL databases, and office suites (MS Office / Google Workspace). Implementing business logic as well as exception and error handling mechanisms to ensure the continuous operation of the robots. Maintaining and modifying existing solutions – implementing fixes and improvements in accordance with user requirements. Supporting the Architect in daily administrative tasks, updating documentation, and monitoring implemented automation Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in building robots using UiPath technology. Very good knowledge of issues related to business process automation and robotization. Knowledge of technologies supporting process automation in SAP S/4HANA will be an additional asset. Knowledge of the Python language or programming experience in this language will be welcome. Perfect work organization, attention to detail, and ability for logical, precise thinking. High communication skills – assertiveness in discussions with both the Business team and IT. English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level. Fluency in Polish.
